Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will automatically check at the warehouse to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If your not satisfied with an item that you purchased you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund. The Return must be in original condition with all hardware, warranties, instructions, registration information and packaging materials. Items that have been modified in any way may not be returned. Orders returned , for reason other than a defective item(upon recieving) are subject to a restocking fee that is equal to 38% of the price of your order. You (the buyer) are responsible for shipping cost for BOTH directions (from the warehouse to you and back to the warehouse) The purchase price minus these fees and cost will be refunded to your after the warehouse processed your item. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order. Orders canceled after 12 hours are subject to 5% administration fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before are fund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded,unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
